The Challenge

The existing system processed trades with an average latency of 4.2 seconds, relied on manual rule-based logic, and had zero predictive capability. During high-volatility market events, the platform would crash entirely — costing the firm an estimated $1.2M per incident. The engineering team had accumulated 11 years of technical debt with no clear path forward.

Our Solution

We designed and built a cloud-native, event-driven trading platform from the ground up. At its core is a custom TensorFlow model trained on 15 years of market data, capable of predicting short-term price movements with 78% accuracy. The system processes over 2 million market events per second using Apache Kafka, with a React-based dashboard giving traders real-time visibility into every position.
