Yes. We typically structure payments in 3 milestones: 30% upfront to kick off the project, 40% at the midpoint delivery, and 30% on final delivery. For larger engagements, we can customize the schedule to align with your budget cycles.

Never. Our proposals are fully itemized and fixed-price. The only additional costs that could arise are third-party services you choose to use (e.g. cloud hosting, API subscriptions) — and we always flag those upfront with estimated costs before you commit.

As involved as you want to be. At minimum, we need about 2–3 hours per week for feedback and approvals. If you prefer a more hands-on collaboration, we're happy to do daily standups and shared project boards. We adapt to your availability and communication style.

It depends on scope. A focused MVP can be delivered in 8–10 weeks. A full enterprise platform typically takes 16–24 weeks. Our IT consulting engagements run 2–8 weeks. We always provide a detailed timeline in our proposal, and we have a 97% on-time delivery rate.

We use an agile process with bi-weekly sprint reviews, so you can redirect priorities at any sprint boundary. For significant scope changes, we issue a simple change order with updated timeline and cost — no surprises, no arguments. Small tweaks within scope are absorbed at no extra charge.

You do — 100%. Upon final payment, all source code, design assets, documentation, and IP transfer to you completely. We retain no rights to your product. You'll receive full repository access, credentials, and handover documentation.

Yes. Every project includes a post-launch support window (30–90 days depending on scope) at no extra cost. After that, we offer flexible retainer plans for ongoing maintenance, feature development, and monitoring. Many clients stay with us for years after their initial project.

Absolutely. We regularly augment in-house teams, take over legacy codebases, and integrate with existing workflows. We'll do a code audit first to understand what we're working with, then propose the most efficient path forward — whether that's refactoring, extending, or rebuilding specific parts.

We sign NDAs before any sensitive information is shared. All team members are background-checked and bound by strict confidentiality agreements. We follow OWASP security standards in all development work, and we never store client data beyond what's needed for the engagement.
